সারফেস অ্যানেশেসিয়া টপিকাল/কিউটেনিয়াস সারফেস অ্যানেস্থেশিয়া প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: ক্রিম এবং মলম 1% পর্যন্ত। নির্দেশিত হিসাবে ব্যবহার করুন. সম্পূর্ণ হার্ট ব্লক; ত্বকে বা তার কাছাকাছি পাইোজেনিক সংক্রমণ। স্ফীত বা সংক্রামিত টিস্যুতে বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত ত্বকের মিউকোসায় প্রয়োগ; মধ্যকর্ণে ইনস্টিলেশন। Cinchocaine অ্যাডমিনের সাইটের কাছাকাছি স্নায়ু প্রবণতা প্রবাহকে বাধা দেয় বা হ্রাস করে। সোডিয়াম আয়নগুলিতে স্নায়ু কোষের ব্যাপ্তিযোগ্যতা হ্রাসের কারণে এটির ঝিল্লি-স্থিতিশীল প্রভাবও রয়েছে। বয়স্ক; দুর্বল রোগী; শিশু মৃগীরোগ; প্রতিবন্ধী কার্ডিয়াক সঞ্চালন বা শ্বাসযন্ত্রের ফাংশন; শক হেপাটিক বৈকল্য; মায়াস্থেনিয়া গ্রাভিস। অ্যানেস্থেসিয়া অব্যাহত থাকা অবস্থায় চোখে ঘষা বা স্পর্শ করবেন না। দীর্ঘ সময়ের জন্য এবং ব্যাপক এলাকায় আবেদন এড়িয়ে চলুন. গর্ভাবস্থা, স্তন্যদান। অস্থিরতা; উত্তেজনা নার্ভাসনেস; paraesthesias; মাথা ঘোরা; টিনিটাস; ঝাপসা দৃষ্টি; বমি বমি ভাব বমি পেশী টান; কম্পন খিঁচুনি; হাইপোটেনশন; ব্র্যাডিকার্ডিয়া; অ্যারিথমিয়াস; কার্ডিয়াক অ্যারেস্ট
Indications
Surface anaesthesia
Mechanism of action
Cinchocaine prevents or diminishes nerve impulse conduction near to the site of admin. It also has membrane-stabilising effect owing to decrease of permeability of the nerve cell to sodium ions.
Dosage
Adult Dose: Topical/Cutaneous Surface anaesthesia Adult: Up to 1% in cream and ointment. Use as directed.
Side effects
Restlessness; excitement; nervousness; paraesthesias; dizziness; tinnitus; blurred vision; nausea; vomiting; muscle twitching; tremors; convulsions; hypotension; bradycardia; arrhythmias; cardiac arrest.
Precautions & warnings
Elderly; debilitated patients; child; epilepsy; impaired cardiac conduction or respiratory function; shock; hepatic impairment; myasthenia gravis. Do not to rub or touch the eye while anaesthesia persists. Avoid application for prolonged periods and to extensive areas. Pregnancy, lactation.
Contraindications
Complete heart block; pyogenic infection at or near the skin. Application to inflamed or infected tissues or to damaged skin mucosa; instillation into the middle ear.
