ঠান্ডা ঘা, হারপিস ল্যাবিয়ালিস, জ্বর ফোসকা ব্যবহারের আগে হাত ধুয়ে নিন। ক্ষত সেরে না যাওয়া পর্যন্ত আক্রান্ত ক্ষত এবং অবিলম্বে আশেপাশের ত্বক ঢেকে রাখার জন্য যথেষ্ট পরিমাণে ডকোস্যানল টপিকাল প্রয়োগ করুন ঠান্ডা কালশিটে/জ্বরের ফোস্কা দিনে 5 বার সমস্ত ক্ষত ঢেকে রাখতে টপিক্যালি প্রয়োগ করুন; আলতোভাবে কিন্তু সম্পূর্ণরূপে ঘষা < 12 বছর: নিরাপত্তা এবং কার্যকারিতা প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়নি অতি সংবেদনশীলতা। হোস্ট কোষের প্লাজমা ঝিল্লির সাথে ভাইরাসের খামের সংমিশ্রণে বাধা দিয়ে এইচএসভি-তে এর অ্যান্টিভাইরাল প্রভাব প্রয়োগ করে, যার ফলে কোষে ভাইরাল প্রবেশে বাধা দেয় এবং পরবর্তী ভাইরাল প্রতিলিপি তৈরি হয়। কারো সাথে এই পণ্য শেয়ার করবেন না. এতে সংক্রমণ ছড়াতে পারে। ঠান্ডা ঘা আরও খারাপ হলে বা 10 দিনের মধ্যে সেরে না গেলে ডোকোসানোল ব্যবহার বন্ধ করুন। Docosanol 12 বছরের কম বয়সী শিশুদের ব্যবহারের জন্য সুপারিশ করা হয় না। এই বয়সের মধ্যে নিরাপত্তা এবং কার্যকারিতা নিশ্চিত করা হয়নি। 1-10% মাথাব্যথা, অ্যাপ্লিকেশন সাইটের প্রতিক্রিয়া (যেমন, জ্বলন্ত, দংশন) গর্ভাবস্থা বিভাগ: এনএ ল্যাক্টেশন: অধ্যয়ন করা হয়নি
Indications
Cold sores, Herpes labialis, Fever blisters
Mechanism of action
Exerts its antiviral effect on HSV by inhibiting fusion of the virus envelope with host cell plasma membranes, resulting in inhibition of viral entry into cells and subsequent viral replication.
Dosage
Adult Dose: Cold sore/fever blister Apply topically to cover all lesions 5 times/day; rub gently but completely Child Dose: < 12 years: Safety & efficacy not established
Administration
Wash hands before using. Apply docosanol topical in a quantity sufficient to cover the affected lesions and immediately surrounding skin until the lesions are healed
Side effects
1-10% Headache, Application site reaction (e.g., burning, stinging)
Precautions & warnings
Do not share this product with anyone. This may spread infection. Stop using docosanol if cold sore gets worse or is not healed within 10 days. Docosanol is not recommended for use in CHILDREN younger than 12 years of age. Safety and effectiveness in this age group have not been confirmed.
