Dalfampridine is used in the treatment of multiple sclerosis (MS). It helps to improve walking ability in people with multiple sclerosis. An overdose of this medicine may have serious side effects on the body. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dalfampridine is to be taken empty stomach.
