Doxycycline + Oxytetracycline (Vet) prevents the insertion of new aminoacids into the developing peptide chain and inhibits protein. Doxycycline + Oxytetracycline (Vet) work by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, preventing the bacteria from producing essential proteins needed for their survival and growth.

Doxycycline and Oxytetracycline are both tetracycline-class antibiotics. They work by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, preventing the bacteria from producing essential proteins required for their survival and proliferation. These antibiotics are effective against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, as well as some atypical pathogens like Mycoplasma and Chlamydia species.

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, inappetence,Hepatotoxicity,increased skin sensitivity to UV light, tooth discoloration and enamel hypoplasia.

Use caution in animals with renal impairment.

Should be used with caution in animals that are hypersensitive to the medication.

Avoid concurrent use of other tetracycline antibiotics.
