Description
Netupitant + Palonosetron is a prescription medicine that is used to treat nausea and vomiting due to chemotherapy. It works by blocking the release of chemicals such as serotonin and substance P which are responsible for causing nausea and vomiting. Netupitant + Palonosetron may be taken with or without food. It should be used in the dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. It is advised to take this medicine at a fixed time. This medicine should not be taken more than the recommended dose. If you miss any dose, please consult your doctor. It is advised to complete the treatment without any interruption. If you experience any allergic reactions such as skin rash, swelling, and itching, stop the medicine and please consult your doctor. This medicine is usually well tolerated by patients. The common side effects of this medicine include fatigue, erythema, weakness, headache, constipation, and indigestion. If any of these side effects worsen with time, please consult your doctor. Mechanism of action
Netupitant + Palonosetron is a combination of two medicines: Netupitant and Palonosetron. Administration
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Do not chew, crush or break it. Netupitant + Palonosetron may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Precautions & warnings
