Description
প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: ওফথ: দিনে 2-3 বার 1-2 ফোঁটা প্রয়োগ করুন। Ophth Conjunctival decongestant instill 1-2 ড্রপ পর্যন্ত 4 বার/দিনে 3-4 দিনের জন্য নির্দেশিত না হলে। শিশুদের, ছোট বাচ্চাদের উপর ব্যবহার করবেন না। দীর্ঘায়িত ব্যবহারের ফলে রিবাউন্ড কনজেশন হতে পারে। চোখের ব্যথা বা চাক্ষুষ পরিবর্তন ঘটলে বন্ধ করুন। গর্ভাবস্থা, স্তন্যদান। অ্যান্টাজোলিন হল একটি ইথিলেনডিয়ামাইন-ডেরিভেটিভ অ্যান্টিহিস্টামাইন। টেট্রিজোলিন আলফা-অ্যাড্রেনার্জিক ক্রিয়াকলাপের সাথে একটি সহানুভূতিশীল যা বিটা-অ্যাড্রেনার্জিক রিসেপ্টরগুলিতে সামান্য বা কোন প্রভাব নেই। কনজেক্টিভাইটিস, কেরাটাইটিস, প্রদাহজনিত চোখের অবস্থা, খড় জ্বর অতি সংবেদনশীলতা প্রতিক্রিয়া। ত্বক সংবেদনশীলতা। মাথাব্যথা, উচ্চ রক্তচাপ, কাঁপুনি, দুর্বলতা, ঘাম, দীর্ঘায়িত ব্যবহারের সাথে রিবাউন্ড কনজেশন। অনুনাসিক: ক্ষণস্থায়ী জ্বলন, দংশন, হাঁচি, শ্লেষ্মা শুকিয়ে যাওয়া। চোখ: ঝাপসা দৃষ্টি, জ্বালা, মাইড্রিয়াসিস। অতি সংবেদনশীলতা।
Indications
Adult: Ophth: Apply 1-2 drops 2-3 times/day. Ophth Conjunctival decongestant Instill 1-2 drops up to 4 times/day for 3-4 days unless directed.
Dosage
Adult Dose: Do not use on infants, young child. Prolonged use can cause rebound congestion. Discontinue if ocular pain or visual changes occur. Pregnancy, lactation. Renal Dose: Antazoline is an ethylenediamine-derivative antihistamine. Tetryzoline is a sympathomimetic with alpha-adrenergic activity with little or no effect on beta-adrenergic receptors.

Drug interactions
Hypersensitivity.
Use in pregnancy
Hypersensitivity reactions. Skin sensitization. Headache, hypertension, tremors, weakness, sweating, rebound congestion with prolonged use. Nasal: transient burning, stinging, sneezing, dryness of mucosa. Eye: blurred vision, irritation, mydriasis.
Renal / hepatic impairment
Antazoline is an ethylenediamine-derivative antihistamine. Tetryzoline is a sympathomimetic with alpha-adrenergic activity with little or no effect on beta-adrenergic receptors.
