Dosage

Adult Dose (Oral):

Recommended: 8 mg once daily with a meal
Moderate renal impairment (CrCl 30-50): 4 mg once daily

Side effects

Common Side Effects:

Retrograde ejaculation
Orthostatic hypotension
Dizziness, headache
Nasal congestion
Diarrhea

Precautions & warnings

Postural hypotension (dizziness) may develop when starting treatment
Do not use with other alpha-blockers
Inform ophthalmologist before cataract surgery (IFIS risk)
Do not use in severe renal or hepatic impairment
