Dosage

Adult Dose (Oral):

Vonoprazan 20 mg, Amoxicillin 1000 mg, Clarithromycin 500 mg
Each given twice daily (morning and evening, 12 hours apart), with or without food, for 14 days

Precautions & warnings

Serious and occasionally fatal hypersensitivity reactions (e.g., anaphylaxis) have been reported
Discontinue at the first signs or symptoms of SCAR
Evaluate if diarrhea occurs with this pack
Avoid in patients with known QT prolongation
Discontinue if signs and symptoms of hepatitis occur
