Description
পোকামাকড়ের কামড়, রোদে পোড়া, জীবাণুমুক্তকরণ, কাটা, স্ক্র্যাচ, ফোসকা, চর্বণ, ন্যাপি ফুসকুড়ি, ফাটা এবং চুলকানি, ত্বক পরিষ্কার করা এবং সেচ করা বা নোংরা ক্ষত প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক এবং শিশু: প্রতিদিন 2-3 বার বা নির্দেশ অনুসারে প্রয়োগ করুন। চোখ, কান, মিউকাস মেমব্রেন বা শরীরের গহ্বরে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না। Cetrimide একটি চতুর্মুখী অ্যামোনিয়াম এন্টিসেপটিক; গ্রাম-পজিটিভ এবং গ্রাম-নেতিবাচক উভয় জীবের বিরুদ্ধেই এর ব্যাকটেরিয়াঘটিত কার্যকলাপ রয়েছে। ক্লোরহেক্সিডিন একটি অ্যান্টিমাইক্রোবিয়াল এজেন্ট; এটি গ্রাম-নেতিবাচক এবং গ্রাম-পজিটিভ উদ্ভিজ্জ ব্যাকটেরিয়া, ইস্ট, ডার্মাটোফাইট ছত্রাক এবং লিপোফিলিক ভাইরাসের বিস্তৃত পরিসরের বিরুদ্ধে সক্রিয়। দীর্ঘায়িত এবং বারবার ব্যবহারে অতি সংবেদনশীল প্রতিক্রিয়ার ঝুঁকি বাড়তে পারে। রক্ত, সাবান, তুলা বা অন্যান্য জৈব পদার্থ অ্যান্টিব্যাকটেরিয়াল কার্যকারিতা হ্রাস করতে পারে। বারবার প্রয়োগের ফলে ত্বকে জ্বালা হতে পারে।

Insect bites, Sunburn, Disinfection, Cuts, Scratches, Blisters, Grazes, Nappy rash, Cracked and itchy skin, Cleansing and irrigating the skin or dirty wounds
Mechanism of action
Cetrimide is a quaternary ammonium antiseptic; it has bactericidal activity against both gram-positive and gram-negative organisms. Chlorhexidine is an antimicrobial agent; it is active against a wide range of gram-negative and gram-positive vegetative bacteria, yeasts, dermatophyte fungi and lipophilic viruses.
Dosage
Adult Dose: Adult and children: Apply 2-3 times daily or as directed.
Side effects
Repeated application may lead to skin irritation.
Precautions & warnings
Prolonged and repeated use may increase risk of hypersensitivity reactions. Blood, soap, cotton or other organic matter may decrease antibacterial efficacy.
Contraindications
Not to be used in the eye, ear, mucous membrane or body cavities.
