Associate Professor Dr. Musrat Rahman Deeba obtained her M.B.B.S. degree from Sir Salimullah Medical College, Dhaka. After completing her internship training, she did further training in General Surgery in the same institution, then she took admission in M.S. course in Bangladesh Institute of Child Health and Dhaka Shishu Hospital under Dhaka University. She has completed her MS degree regularly and she is the 4th female Pediatric Surgeon in Bangladesh. After post-graduation she obtained Resident Surgeon, Assistant Professor and Associate Professor posts in different children hospital and private medical college hospitals in home and abroad also. She has experience of Square Hospitals Limited as a Consultant in Pediatric Surgery Department since 2016 to 2023(7yrs 6 months). She took advanced training in Pediatric Laparoscopic Surgery from India and University Centre for Endo-Laparoscopic Surgery (UCELS), BSMMU, Dhaka. She was honored by Fellowship from the American College of Surgeons.
