Why does the same test cost different amounts?
The same test can cost quite different amounts at different diagnostic centres and hospitals, and many offer running discounts. When you need several tests, one place may be cheaper on one and dearer on another — so single prices are hard to compare, and the total is what matters. This tool adds them up, and says clearly where a test is missing.
Common questions
Can I book tests here?
No. OsudhKosh only shows price information; booking and testing are with the diagnostic centre.
Where do the prices come from?
From each provider’s published price list. The source is stated on every test page. Where there is a discount, the after-discount price is used.
What if a chain doesn’t have some of my tests?
It appears after the “has every test” list, with the missing tests named. An incomplete list always adds up lower, so it isn’t compared directly.
Are sample-collection or report fees included?
No, only the listed test price. Ask the diagnostic centre about home collection or other charges.
Can this tell me which tests I need?
No. Your doctor decides that. This tool only shows where the tests cost less.
