He completed his MBBS from Chittagong Medical College and D.Card in Cardiology from Chittagong Medical College under BSMMU. He previously worked at Fortis Heart Institute Chittagong and Imperial Hospital Chittagong. He is trained in interventional cardiology procedures including Coronary Angiography (CAG), Peripheral Angiography (PAG), Primary and Complex PCI, IABP, Permanent Pacemaker, and AICD. He has vast experience in non-invasive cardiac investigations including paediatric and adult congenital echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiography, dobutamine stress echo, and air bubble study. He is a life member of the Bangladesh Cardiac Society.
