This tablet is a Unani medicine formulated with Aloe (Aloe baradensis), Black pepper (Piper nigrum), Henbane (Hyoscyamus niger) and other natural ingredients. Aloe has laxative and anti-inflammatory effects, Black pepper has digestive and carminative properties, and Henbane has antispasmodic effects. Together, they improve digestive system function, discharge excessive stool from the bowels, increase appetite, and help reduce obesity.
Mechanism of action
Aloe's laxative effect facilitates bowel movements, Black pepper increases digestive enzyme secretion to reduce flatulence, and Henbane relaxes intestinal muscles to relieve colic pain. The combined action of these three ingredients improves overall digestive health.
Dosage
Adults: 1-2 tablet(s) daily with milk at bedtime, or as prescribed by the physician.
Administration
Take the tablet with a glass of milk before bedtime. Swallow the tablet whole or crush and mix with milk if needed. Do not exceed the prescribed dose.
Missed dose
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
