Each 100 grams of ointment contains Camphor 2.5 g, Menthol 2 g, Clove Oil 2 g, Eucalyptus Oil 1.25 g, and Turpentine Oil 1 g.
Camphor acts as a cough suppressant and topical analgesic. Eucalyptus Oil acts as a cough suppressant. Menthol acts as a cough suppressant and topical analgesic. This ointment reduces pain and inflammation when applied topically and clears airways when used as inhalation.

Pharmacology

Mechanism of action

Dosage
Topical application: Rub gently for 3-4 minutes on the chest and back 2-3 times daily. Cover the rubbed area with warm clothes.
Inhalation: Dissolve 1 teaspoon of ointment in boiling water and inhale the steam by mouth or nose as required.
Note: Do not use in children under 3 years. Avoid use in patients with a history of convulsion.
Administration
For external use only. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Avoid contact with eyes. Wash hands thoroughly after applying.

If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next dose. Do not double the dose.
