Description

Compound Asparagus Syrup is a liquid Ayurvedic medicine which is the combination of different herbs like Shatomuli (Asparagus racemosus), Aswagandha (Withania somnifera), Berela (Sida cordifolia) and Bhumikusmando (Ipoema paniculata). It is spermatogenesis and aphrodisiac. Shatomuli improves memory power, intelligence and physical strength. It is useful in nervous disorders and general debility. Aswagandha is stimulant and aphrodisiac, effective in nervous exhaustion, spermatorrhoea and senile debility. Berela is used in facial paralysis, sciatica, rheumatism and neurological disorders. Bhumikusmando is used to increase weight reduced due to mental and physical fatigue.

Pharmacology

Shatomuli (Asparagus racemosus) contains shatavarin, alkaloid, protein, starch and tannin. It has immunomodulator, nutritive, antibacterial and antioxidant activity. It is a powerful drug capable of improving memory power, intelligence and physical strength. It is useful in nervous disorders and general debility. Aswagandha (Withania somnifera) contains alkaloids (tropine, pseudotropine, hygrine, anaferine) and withanolides (withaferin A). It is stimulant and aphrodisiac. Berela (Sida cordifolia) contains ephedrine and potassium nitrate. Bhumikusmando (Ipoema paniculata) contains taraxcrol and sitosterol.

Mechanism of action

The combined action of these herbs promotes spermatogenesis, enhances sexual strength, and relieves physical and mental weakness.

Dosage

Adult Dose: 2-4 teaspoonful 2 times daily after meal.

Administration

Take 2-4 teaspoonful 2 times daily after meal. Shake well before use.
