Eucalyptol + Menthol + Methyl Salicylate + Thymol + Sodium Fluoride

Eucalyptol + Menthol + Methyl Salicylate + Thymol + Sodium Fluoride is an antiseptic mouthwash indicated for gingivitis, oral hygiene, cavities, bad breath, plaque, gum disease, and teeth cleaning.

Eucalyptol is a natural organic compound which is a colorless liquid. It is a cyclic ether and a monoterpenoid. Menthol provides cooling sensation and local anesthetic action. Methyl Salicylate penetrates pain regions and inhibits prostaglandin synthesis. Thymol is used to prevent tooth decay. Sodium Fluoride enhances tooth strength by formation of fluorapatite.

Antiseptic Mouthwash

Methyl Salicylate penetrates and reaches at high concentration in pain regions and inhibits prostaglandin synthesis. Thymol is used to prevent tooth decay. Sodium Fluoride enhances the strength of teeth by the formation of fluorapatite.

Eucalyptol provides anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial action; menthol provides cooling and local anesthetic effect; methyl salicylate relieves pain; thymol provides antiseptic action; sodium fluoride strengthens tooth enamel.

Adult Dose (Topical):

• Use twice daily after brushing your teeth with toothpaste.
• Vigorously swish 10 mL of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out.
• Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing.

Child Dose: According to the consultancy of dentist or physician.

Use twice daily after brushing your teeth. Vigorously swish 10 mL of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing.

If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose.

Side Effects: Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing; doing so will diminish the effects of the mouthwash.

Precautions:

• Do not swallow.
• Not indicated below 12 years of age.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Keep in a cool and dry place.
• Do not use if cap seal is broken.
• Cold weather may cloud this product but its antiseptic and anticavity properties are not affected.

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity.

Drug Interactions: No known interactions.

Food Interactions: Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing.

Renal Impairment: No issues due to topical use.

Overdose: If more than amount used for rinsing is accidentally swallowed, physicians help should be taken immediately.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
