Description
Introduction: This eye drop is used for relief of dryness, irritation and redness of the eye. It acts as an artificial tear and keeps the eye surface moist.
How it works: Glycerin restores moisture to the dry eye. Hypromellose acts as an artificial tear in the treatment of dehydration of the cornea and conjunctiva. Polyethylene glycol 400 increases the stability of tear film. Tetrahydrozoline Hydrochloride reduces the redness of eye. Zinc Sulfate is used as an astringent agent.
Important Information: Instill 1-2 drops in the affected eye(s) up to 4 times daily. Do not use for longer than one month after opening.

Pharmacology
Glycerin restores moisture to the dry eye. Hypromellose acts as an artificial tear in the treatment of dehydration of the cornea and conjunctiva. Polyethylene glycol 400 increases the stability of tear film. Tetrahydrozoline Hydrochloride is a vasoconstrictor that reduces redness of the eye. Zinc Sulfate is used as an astringent agent.
Mechanism of action
Glycerin and Hypromellose moisturize the eye surface, Tetrahydrozoline constricts blood vessels to reduce redness and Zinc Sulfate cleanses the eye.
Dosage
Adult Dose:
- 1 to 2 drops in the affected eye(s) up to 4 times daily
Children under 6 years:
- As per physician's suggestion
* Use as directed by the registered physician
Administration
For ophthalmic use only. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Close the bottle immediately after use.
Missed dose
If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular schedule.
