Introduction: Human Milk Based Amino Acid is a parenteral nutrition solution used for surgery, trauma, burn injury, GI disease, protein deficiency or sarcopenia, cancer, hepatic insufficiency, renal insufficiency and malnutrition.
How it works: This solution provides amino acids necessary for protein synthesis, tissue repair and muscle growth. It helps maintain nitrogen balance and prevent protein loss in catabolic states.
Important Information: Infants and children: Recommended infusion rate is 28-35 ml/kg body weight per day. Infuse slowly at rates 1.4-2.8 ml (30-60 drops) per minute.

Dosage
Infants and Children Dose:

Administration
Intravenous (IV) infusion. Do not use if the solution is turbid or contains particles. Discard any unused portion.

- Hepatic coma
- Metabolic disorders involving impaired nitrogen utilization
