Ketotifen

Ketotifen is the prescription medicine used to prevent the symptoms of asthma. It helps to reduce number and severity of the asthma attacks by decreasing inflammation (swelling) in the lungs. Ketotifen can be taken with or without food, but take it at the same time to get the most benefit. It should be taken as your doctor's advice. This medicine is usually not safe to take during pregnancy and breastfeeding, ask from the doctor if required.
