ল্যাকটোজ অসহিষ্ণুতা, ইনফ্যান্ট কোলিক প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: ল্যাকটোজ অসহিষ্ণুতা খাবার বা দুগ্ধের সাথে 3,000-9,000 ইউনিট PO নিন শিশু: ল্যাকটোজ অসহিষ্ণুতা খাবার বা দুগ্ধের সাথে 3,000-9,000 ইউনিট PO নিন ইনফ্যান্ট কোলিক ব্রেস্ট মিল্ক একটি জীবাণুমুক্ত পাত্রে কয়েক টেবিল চামচ বুকের দুধ এক্সপ্রেস করুন 4 ফোঁটা ল্যাকটেজ ইনফ্যান্ট ড্রপস যোগ করুন একটি চামচে বা ওরাল সিরিঞ্জে ব্রেস্টের স্তনে খাওয়ার আগে শিশুকে মিশ্রণটি দিন। স্বাভাবিক হিসাবে খাওয়ান এনজাইম; ল্যাকটোজ অন্ত্রের ল্যাকটেজ দ্বারা মনোস্যাকারাইডে (যেমন, গ্লুকোজ, গ্যালাকটোজ) দ্বারা হাইড্রোলাইজ করা হয় যা সোডিয়াম-নির্ভর গ্লুকোজ বাহকের গ্রহণের মাধ্যমে পদ্ধতিগতভাবে শোষিত হয়; এই বাহকের ত্রুটির ফলে কার্বোহাইড্রেট গ্রহণের পরে গুরুতর ডায়রিয়া হয়। কিছু পণ্যে অ্যাসপার্টাম থাকতে পারে এবং ফেনাইলকেটোনুরিয়া রোগীদের ক্ষেত্রে এড়ানো উচিত।

Mechanism of action
Enzyme; lactose is hydrolyzed by intestinal lactase to monosaccharides (ie, glucose, galactose) which are absorbed systemically by uptake of the sodium-dependent glucose carrier; defect of this carrier result in severe diarrhea following carbohydrate intake.
Dosage
Adult Dose: Adult: Lactose Intolerance Take 3,000-9,000 units PO with meals or dairy Child Dose: Child: Lactose Intolerance Take 3,000-9,000 units PO with meals or dairy Infant Colic Breast milk Express a few tablespoons of breast milk into a sterilized container Add 4 drops of lactase infant drops Give mixture to infant on a spoon or oral syringe before initiating breastfeeding Breast feed as normal
Precautions & warnings
Some products may contain aspartame and should be avoided in patients with phenylketonuria.
