At a glance

Lyophilized bacterial lysates of E. coli is an orally administered immunostimulant used for the prevention of recurrent lower urinary tract infections (UTIs) and as co-medication in acute UTIs.

Description

Uro-Vaxom (Lyophilized Bacterial Lysate of Escherichia coli) is an orally administered immunostimulant that enhances both innate and adaptive immune responses, bolstering the body's defense against urinary pathogens. It activates innate immune cells in Peyer's patches by stimulating pattern recognition receptors, initiating immune cell maturation which then migrate to the urinary tract, providing localized protection.
