Pharmacology
Mebhydrolin Napadisylate blocks histamine receptors to reduce or eliminate the main actions of histamine in the body, relieving allergic reactions.
Mechanism of action
Reduces allergic reactions by blocking histamine receptors.
Dosage
Adults and Children over 10 years: 2-6 tablets daily (in divided doses)
Children (5-10 years): 2-4 tablets daily
Children (2-5 years): 1-3 tablets daily
Children (up to 2 years): 1-2 tablets daily
Administration
- Take during or shortly after meals
- For children, tablets may be crushed and mixed with food
- Take at the same time each day
Missed dose
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember; skip if it's almost time for next dose; do not double the dose.
Side effects

- Effects of atropine and tricyclic antidepressants may be enhanced
