Description
This combination contains Miconazole Nitrate as antifungal active against dermatophytes and yeasts. Zinc Oxide and White Soft Paraffin form an occlusive film reducing trans-epidermal water loss and maintaining normal skin humidity.

Pharmacology
Miconazole inhibits ergosterol synthesis damaging fungal cell wall membrane. Zinc Oxide and White Soft Paraffin exert an emollient effect by forming an occlusive film reducing trans-epidermal water loss.
Mechanism of action
Stops fungal growth and protects the skin.
Dosage
Apply to affected area at each diaper change for 7 days.
Administration
Gently cleanse skin with lukewarm water and pat dry. Avoid scented soaps or lotions.
