- Occasional diarrhea with beta carotene
- Skin may assume slightly yellow discoloration
- Vitamin C and E may cause diarrhea and GI disturbances
Precautions & warnings
- Long term intake of high level of vitamin A (excluding beta carotene) may increase risk of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women
- Do not take with other vitamin A supplements
