Description
Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) functions as a coenzyme in carbohydrate, protein, and fat metabolism and is essential for GABA synthesis in the CNS. Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) is required for energy utilization from food and is essential for normal tissue respiration. Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) forms thiamine pyrophosphate, an essential coenzyme in carbohydrate metabolism.

Dosage
Adult Dose (Oral):
- 1-2 tablets daily (single or divided doses)
Adult Dose (Parenteral):
- 1 ampoule (2 ml) via SC, IM, or IV daily or 2-3 times weekly
Administration
- May be taken with or without food; take at a fixed time
Missed dose
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember; skip if it's almost time for next dose; do not double the dose.

- Riboflavin: Absorption may be affected by propantheline bromide
