ভিটামিন বি এবং জিঙ্কের ঘাটতি প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: 10 মিলি (2 চা চামচ) দিনে 2 থেকে 3 বার বা চিকিত্সকের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী। শিশু: 10 মিলি (2 চা চামচ) দিনে 1 থেকে 3 বার বা চিকিত্সকের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী। শিশু: 5 মিলি (1 চা চামচ) দিনে 1 থেকে 2 বার বা চিকিত্সকের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী। এই পণ্যের যে কোনও উপাদানের জন্য পরিচিত অতি সংবেদনশীলতার সাথে রোগীদের। দস্তা: 100 টিরও বেশি এনজাইমের মধ্যে কোফ্যাক্টর; ডিএনএ সংশ্লেষণে ভূমিকা পালন করে; একটি সুস্থ ইমিউন সিস্টেম সমর্থন করে; গন্ধ এবং স্বাদ একটি ধারনা বজায় রাখতে সাহায্য করে; ইনসুলিনের পারপার ফাংশনে সহায়তা করতে পারে। ভিটামিন বি: কোএনজাইম A এর সংশ্লেষণ এবং রক্ষণাবেক্ষণে ভূমিকা পালন করে। লিপিড বিপাক, কার্বোহাইড্রেট বিপাক, টিস্যু শ্বসন, গ্লাইকোজেনোলাইসিস, খুব কম ঘনত্বের লিপোপ্রোটিন (ভিএলডিএল) সংশ্লেষণের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয়। প্লাজমা থেকে কাইলোমিক্রন ট্রাইগ্লিসারাইড অপসারণ বাড়াতে পারে। ভিটামিন B12 (সায়ানোকোবালামিন): স্বাভাবিক এরথ্রোপয়েসিস, নিউক্লিপ্রোটিন এবং মাইলিন সংশ্লেষণ, কোষের প্রজনন এবং স্বাভাবিক বৃদ্ধির রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয়; অন্তর্নিহিত ফ্যাক্টর, গ্যাস্ট্রিক মিউকোসা দ্বারা নিঃসৃত একটি গ্লাইকোপ্রোটিন, জিআই ট্র্যাক্ট থেকে ভিটামিন বি 12 সক্রিয় শোষণের জন্য প্রয়োজন। স্বাভাবিক টিস্যু শ্বসন জন্য প্রয়োজনীয়; পাইরিডক্সিন সক্রিয়করণ এবং ট্রিপটোফ্যানকে নিয়াসিনে রূপান্তরে ভূমিকা পালন করে। সাধারণত ভাল সহ্য করা হয়.

Vitamin B and Zinc deficiencies

Zinc: Cofactor in over 100 enzymes; plays a role in DNA synthesis; supports a healthy immune system; helps maintain a sense of smell and taste; may assist in porper function of insulin. Vitamin B: Plays a role in the synthesis and maintenance of coenzyme A. Necessary for lipid metabolism, carbohydrate metabolism, tissue respiration, glycogenolysis, inhibition of very low-density lipoprotein (VLDL) synthesis. May increaase chylomicron triglyceride removal from plasma. Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin): Required for the maintenance of normal erthropoiesis, nucleprotein and myelin synthesis, cell reproduction and normal growth; intrinsic factor, a glycoprotein secreted by the gastric mucosa, is required for active absorption of Vitamin B12 from the GI tract. Necessary for normal tissue respiration; plays a role in activation of pyridoxine and conversion of tryptophan to niacin.

Adult Dose: Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoonful) 2 to 3 times daily or as recommended by the physician. Child Dose: Children: 10 ml (2 teaspoonful) 1 to 3 times daily or as recommended by the physician. Infants: 5 ml (1 teaspoonful) 1 to 2 times daily or as recommended by the physician.

Generally well tolerated.

Patients with a known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of this product.
