Indications
Indigestion, flatulence, gas, nausea, loss of appetite, and abdominal cramps.
Pharmacology
Contains menthol and essential oils from mint that stimulate digestion, relax intestinal smooth muscle, and expel trapped gas.
Dosage
Adults: 2-4 teaspoonfuls with equal water 2-3 times daily. Children: 1-2 teaspoonfuls with equal water 2-3 times daily.

No side effects at therapeutic doses.
