Allium cepa + Heparin + Allantoin gel is an anti-scar formulation that combines anti-inflammatory, tissue hydrating, and cell-proliferating active ingredients to treat and smooth various types of scars.

Indicated for hypertrophic and keloid scars, post-surgical scars (including C-section), amputation scars, burn and trauma scars, and traumatic tendon contractures.

Extract of Allium cepa inhibits keloidal fibroblast growth and shows anti-inflammatory and bactericidal effects. Heparin inhibits fibroblast proliferation and enhances tissue hydration. Allantoin stimulates epithelization and cellular proliferation. Clinical studies demonstrate a 31.5% reduction in mean scar width and a 47.8% reduction in mean scar height.

Suppresses excessive collagen formation, reduces inflammation and redness, and stimulates healthy epithelial cell regeneration.

Apply 3-4 times daily to the affected area and massage gently in a circular motion until completely absorbed.

Topical/external use only. Apply after wound closure.

Apply the missed application as soon as remembered.

Generally well tolerated. Rare local irritation such as mild erythema or itching may occur.

Avoid extreme cold, UV lights, and harsh massage during treatment of fresh scars. Avoid contact with eyes, nose, or mouth.
