Dosage

  • Asthma: 1 puff (200 mcg) 2-3 times daily; no more than 6 puffs (1200 mcg)/day

Child Dose (Inhalation):

  • Asthma >12 years: 1 puff (200 mcg) 2-3 times daily; no more than 4 puffs/day

Common Side Effects:

  • Headache
  • Infection
  • Joint pain
Precautions & warnings
  • Does not usually affect ability to drive
  • Mood changes or stomach problems may occur; inform your doctor
  • Do not stop suddenly; may worsen symptoms
  • Stay away from people with viral infections
