Indications
- Constipation
- Hemorrhoids or piles
- Bowel regulation for bedridden patients
Dosage
Adult Dose (Oral):
- 1 sachet or 4 gm powder with 150-200 ml water 1-2 times per day
- Adults and children over 12 years: 1-2 spoonful at night with at least 150 ml water
Child Dose (6-12 years):
- 1/2 to 1 sachet or 2-4 gm powder with 150-200 ml water 1-2 times per day
Child Dose (<6 years): As directed by the physician

- Diarrhea
- Stomach irritation
- Nausea
- Abdominal pain
- Bloating
- Intestinal obstruction
- Allergic reactions (rare)
Precautions & warnings
Precautions:
- Drink immediately after preparation
- Keep tightly closed after each use
- Drink adequate amount of water
- Avoid use in patients with intestinal obstruction or severe dehydration
- Avoid use in patients with electrolyte imbalance
- Long-term use (>2 weeks) requires medical supervision
