Indications

Pharmacology
Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum graecum) is an annual herb native to the Mediterranean region. Fenugreek seed extract contains over 100 phytochemical constituents, including saponin glycosides (furostanol saponin and steroidal saponin). These saponin glycosides help to balance testosterone level in the body. Fenugreek also supports healthy sexual desire and helps to reduce the symptoms of andropause.
Dosage
Adult Dose:
- 2 capsules daily with water or as advised by the physician.
- Duration of treatment: at least 3 months or as advised by the physician.
