Pharmacology
Rohitakarista's ingredients help restore liver cells, increase bile secretion, act as antioxidants, and reduce hepatic enzymes (SGOT, SGPT, LDH). Aphanamixis polystachya provides antiviral and antibacterial activity; Woodfordia fructicosa supplies polyphenols and antioxidants; Emblica officinalis provides vitamin C and antioxidants; Terminalia chebula and belerica provide tannins and hepatoprotective compounds; ginger, long pepper, cardamom, and cinnamon act as digestives and carminatives.
Dosage
Adult: 2-4 teaspoonfuls (10-20 ml) 2-3 times daily after meals
Child: 1-2 teaspoonfuls (5-10 ml) 2-3 times daily after meals
