Adult Dose: Ophthalmic Dry eye Adult: Instill 1 drop in the conjunctival sac of the affected eye(s), as needed. T he frequency of administration depends on the severity of the condition. On average, one drop is administered 1-3 times daily. If needed, Gel may be administered more frequently.

If eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye are noticed, Hypomer Gel must be discontinued and a doctor should be consulted. If Hypomer gel colour is change or becomes cloudy, the product should not be used. It should never be injected subconjunctivally, nor should be directly introduced into the anterior chamber of the eye. It is not intended to be used during surgery.
