শুষ্ক চোখ, চোখের জ্বালা এবং জ্বালা 1 ফোঁটা প্রতিদিন 4 বার বা প্রয়োজন অনুসারে, রোগের তীব্রতার উপর নির্ভর করে, কনজেক্টিভাল থলিতে প্রবেশ করাতে হবে। Eye Drops পণ্যের যে কোনো উপাদান পরিচিত অতি সংবেদনশীলতা সঙ্গে রোগীদের জন্য প্রতিলক্ষণ। ডেক্সট্রান্স প্লাজমা আয়তনের প্রসারণ তৈরি করে। এটি রক্তের সান্দ্রতা হ্রাস করে এবং লোহিত রক্তকণিকাগুলির স্লাডিং বা একত্রিত হওয়াকে বাধা দেয়। যে সমস্ত রোগীরা পণ্যটি প্রয়োগ করার পরে অস্পষ্ট দৃষ্টি অনুভব করেন তাদের দৃষ্টি পরিষ্কার না হওয়া পর্যন্ত গাড়ি চালানো বা যন্ত্রপাতি ব্যবহার করা উচিত নয়। কন্টাক্ট লেন্স পণ্যটি ইনস্টিলেশনের সময় পরা উচিত নয়। ইনস্টিলেশনের পরে কন্টাক্ট লেন্সগুলি পুনরায় লাগানোর আগে কমপক্ষে 30 মিনিটের ব্যবধান থাকা উচিত। মাঝে মাঝে হালকা-ক্ষণস্থায়ী জ্বলন বা আঠালো সংবেদন এবং খুব কমই জ্বালা বা অতি সংবেদনশীল প্রতিক্রিয়া রিপোর্ট করা হয়। প্রয়োগের পরে দৃষ্টি ঝাপসা হতে পারে। এনজাইম ইনডিউসার যেমন ফেনাইটোইন বা কার্বামাজেপাইন এবং এনজাইম ইনহিবিটর যেমন সিমেটিডাইন।

Dry eye, Burning and irritation of the eye

Dextrans produce expansion of plasma volume. It also reduces blood viscosity and inhibits sludging or aggregation of red blood cells.

Adult Dose: 1 drop 4 times daily or as required, depending upon the severity of the disease, to be instilled into the conjunctival sac.

Occasionally mild-transient burning or sticky sensation and very rarely irritation or hypersensitivity reactions reported. Blurred vision after application may occur.

Patients who experience blurred vision after application of the product should not drive or use machinery until their vision has cleared. Contact lenses should not be worn during instillation of the product. After instillation there should be an interval of at least 30 minutes before reinsertion of contact lenses.

Eye Drops is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the product.

Enzyme inducers e.g. phenytoin or carbamazepine and enzyme inhibitors e.g. cimetidine.
