Dosage
Adult Dose (Oral):
- Recommended dose: Two tablets of 2 mg once daily (total 4 mg/day)

- Gastritis
- Asthenia (weakness)
- Pyrexia (fever)
Precautions & warnings
- Caution in abnormal liver or renal function
- Caution in history of myopathies
- Caution in patients with cardiac disease and congestive heart failure
- Assess for fluid accumulation if rapid weight gain occurs
