Dosage

Adult Dose (Oral):

  • 1-2 capsules daily (depending on body weight and symptom severity)
  • Take with a meal at approximately the same time each day
Side effects

  • No adverse reactions known at recommended dosage
  • Excessive doses may reduce fertility (animal data)
Precautions & warnings
  • Do not supplement with phytoestrogens during therapy with reproductive hormones (estrogen, progestogen, androgen) due to potential risk of competitive inhibition
  • Do not use during pregnancy and lactation
