Ashokarista is a poly-herbal ayurvedic uterine tonic containing Saraca indica used for menstrual irregularities, dysmenorrhoea, and uterine bleeding.
Indications
Premenstrual syndrome, menstrual irregularities, dysmenorrhoea, and dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
Pharmacology
Contains Saraca indica (ketosterol, estrogenic effect), Woodfordia fruticosa (astringent, hemostatic), and other herbs with anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic properties.
Dosage
Adult: 1-2 teaspoonful 1-2 times daily after meal or as directed by the physician.
