Aswagandharista is an ayurvedic restorative tonic containing Withania somnifera and Curculigo orchioides for nervous debility, low libido, and general fatigue.
Indications
Nervous debility, reduced libido, insanity, insomnia, swooning (syncope), and general decay.
Dosage
Adult: 2-4 teaspoonful 2-3 times daily after meal. Children: 1-2 teaspoonful 2-3 times daily after meal or as prescribed by the physician.

There is no significant side effect.
