শক্তির অপুষ্টি, সেন্ট্রাল রেসপিরেটরি ডিপ্রেশন, ট্রানকুইলাইজার ওভারডোজ প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক 1.500 গ্রাম একক ডোজ হিসাবে। Nikethamide Porphyria, পণ্যের যে কোনো উপাদানের প্রতি অত্যধিক সংবেদনশীলতার মত পরিস্থিতিতে প্রতিলক্ষণ। নিকেথামাইড একটি উদ্দীপক যা প্রধানত শ্বাসযন্ত্রের চক্রকে প্রভাবিত করে। শ্বাসযন্ত্রের কেন্দ্রের সরাসরি উদ্দীপনা। ক্যারোটিড শরীরের কেমোসেপ্টর উদ্দীপক দ্বারা শ্বাসযন্ত্রের কেন্দ্রের প্রতিবর্ত উদ্দীপনা। নিকেথামাইড দ্বারা উত্পাদিত লক্ষণগত প্রতিকূল প্রতিক্রিয়াগুলি কমবেশি সহনীয় এবং যদি সেগুলি গুরুতর হয়, তবে সেগুলি লক্ষণীয়ভাবে চিকিত্সা করা যেতে পারে, এর মধ্যে রয়েছে বমি বমি ভাব, চুলকানি, শ্বাসকষ্ট, প্যারেস্থেসিয়াস, তাপ সংবেদন।

Mechanism of action
Nikethamide is a stimulant which mainly affects the respiratory cycle. Direct stimulation of respiratory center. Reflex stimulation of respiratory center by stimulating chemoceptor of carotid body.
Dosage
Adult Dose: Adult 1.500 g as Single Dose.
Side effects
The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Nikethamide are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Nausea, Itching, Breathlessness, Paresthesias, Heat sensation.
Contraindications
Nikethamide is contraindicated in conditions like Porphyria, Hypersensitivity to any component of product.
