Pharmacology
Arq Hazim is a Unani herbal formulation made from various natural herbal ingredients [citation:1]. Per 5 ml contains: Azadirachta indica 0.50 g, Trachyspermum ammi 0.25 g, Foeniculum vulgare 0.25 g, Mentha piperita 0.25 g, Allium cepa 0.25 g, Zingiber officinale 0.0625 g, Cuminum cyminum 0.0625 g, and other ingredients [citation:1].

Dosage
Adult: 2-4 teaspoonful (approx. 10-20 ml) 2-3 times daily after meals [citation:1].
