রিউম্যাটয়েড আর্থ্রাইটিস, অস্টিওআর্থারাইটিস, সোরিয়াসিস, পোস্ট-হার্পেটিক নিউরালজিয়া, অ্যানোজেনিটাল প্রুরিটাস, মচকে যাওয়া, শক্ত ঘাড়, নিম্ন পিঠে ব্যথা, ট্রাইজেমিনাল নিউরালজিয়া, স্পন্ডিলাইটিস, পেরিফেরাল নিউরালজিয়াস:, ডায়াবেটিক নিউরোপ্যাথি, অস্ত্রোপচার পরবর্তী ব্যথা আক্রান্ত স্থানে ক্যাপসাইসিন ক্রিমের একটি পাতলা ফিল্ম লাগান। প্রয়োগ করার সময় একটি জ্বলন্ত সংবেদন ঘটতে পারে, তবে সাধারণত নিয়মিত ব্যবহারের সাথে অদৃশ্য হয়ে যায়। লাগানোর পর সাবান ও পানি দিয়ে হাত ধুয়ে নিন। 3-4 টানা সপ্তাহ ধরে প্রভাবিত এলাকায় তিন/চার বার প্রয়োগ করুন এবং কার্যকারিতা মূল্যায়ন করুন; প্রতিদিন < 3 বার ব্যবহার করলে কার্যকারিতা হ্রাস পায়; 4টি অ্যাপ্লিকেশন/দিনের বেশি নয়; নিরাপত্তা ও কার্যকারিতা প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়নি Capsaicin ক্রিম ভাঙ্গা বা খিটখিটে ত্বক বা এই ওষুধের প্রতি পরিচিত অতি সংবেদনশীলতা ব্যবহার করার জন্য প্রতিষেধক। ক্ষণস্থায়ী রিসেপ্টর সম্ভাব্য ভ্যানিলোয়েড -1 (TRPV1) অ্যাগোনিস্ট; সাময়িক প্রয়োগ প্রাথমিক TRPV1 উদ্দীপনা ঘটায় যা ব্যথার কারণ হতে পারে, তারপরে TRPV1-প্রকাশকারী nociceptive নার্ভ এন্ডিং হ্রাস করে ব্যথা উপশম করে ক্যাপসাইসিন ক্রিম ভাঙা বা জ্বালাপোড়া ত্বকে প্রয়োগ করা উচিত নয়। প্রয়োগ করা এলাকা শক্তভাবে ব্যান্ডেজ করা উচিত নয়। শ্লেষ্মা ঝিল্লি এবং চোখের মধ্যে বা কন্টাক্ট লেন্সে প্রবেশ করবেন না। যদি এটি ঘটে তবে আক্রান্ত স্থানটি জল দিয়ে ভালভাবে ধুয়ে ফেলুন। তাপ চিকিত্সা করা জায়গায় ক্রিম প্রয়োগ করবেন না কারণ এটি জ্বলন্ত সংবেদন বাড়িয়ে তুলতে পারে। স্তন্যদান: বুকের দুধে বিতরণ করা হয়েছে কিনা তা জানা নেই; স্তনবৃন্ত বা এরিওলা প্রয়োগ করবেন না >10% প্রয়োগের স্থানে ক্ষণস্থায়ী বৃদ্ধি ব্যাথা (অবস্থায় ব্যবহারে ছড়িয়ে পড়ে), অ্যাপ্লিকেশন সাইটের এরিথেমা (63%), ব্যথা (42%) 1-10% বমি বমি ভাব (5%), বমি (3%), উচ্চ রক্তচাপ (2%) ),শুষ্কতা (2%), ফোলা (2%), প্রুরিটাস (6%), প্যাপিউলস (6%), শোথ (4%), সাইনোসাইটিস (3%), ব্রঙ্কাইটিস (2%) <1% এক্সফোলিয়েশন, মাথা ঘোরা, কাশি, ত্বকের গন্ধ, মাথাব্যথা, ডিসগেসিয়া গর্ভাবস্থার বিভাগ: বি স্তন্যদান: বুকের দুধে বিতরণ করা হয়েছে কিনা তা অজানা; স্তনবৃন্ত বা এরিওলা প্রয়োগ করবেন না ক্যাপসাইসিন, সাময়িক ব্যবহার সহ, এসিই ইনহিবিটর চিকিত্সার সাথে যুক্ত কাশির কারণ হতে পারে বা বাড়িয়ে দিতে পারে এবং এর বিপরীতে। ACE ইনহিবিটর গ্রহণকারী এবং ক্যাপসাইসিন ব্যবহার করা রোগীদের মধ্যে যদি গুরুতর কাশি দেখা দেয়, তাহলে 1 বা উভয় ওষুধই বন্ধ করতে হবে।

Transient receptor potential vanilloid-1 (TRPV1) agonist; topical application causes initial TRPV1 stimulation that may cause pain, followed by pain relief by reduction in TRPV1-expressing nociceptive nerve endings

Adult Dose: Apply to affected area three/four times daily for 3-4 consecutive weeks and evaluate efficacy; efficacy decreased if used < 3 times daily; not to exceed 4 applications/day; Child Dose: Safety & efficacy not established

Apply a thin film of Capsaicin cream to affected area. A burning sensation may occur upon application, but generally disappears with regular use. Wash hands with soap and water after applying.

Capsaicin cream should not be applied to broken or irritated skin. Applied area should not be tightly bandaged. Do not get on mucous membranes and into eyes or on contact lenses. If this occurs, rinse the affected area thoroughly with water. Do not apply the cream on the heat treated area as this may increase the burning sensation. Lactation: Unknown whether distributed in breast milk; do not apply to nipple or areola

Capsaicin cream is contraindicated for use on broken or irritated skin or known hypersensitivity to this medication.

Capsaicin, including topical use, may cause or exacerbate coughing associated with ACE inhibitor treatment and vice versa. If a severe cough develops in patients taking an ACE inhibitor and using capsaicin, 1 or both drugs may need to be discontinued.
