D-chiro-inositol + Myo-inositol is a naturally occurring inositol isomer combination. D-chiro-inositol is extracted by a patented process from Carob (Ceratonia siliqua) pod native to Southern Europe. The perfect combination of D-chiro-inositol and Myo-inositol with a specific ratio may help to correct the hormonal imbalance and menstrual cycle to achieve ovulation. This combination significantly decreases the level of prolactin hormone, testosterone hormone, luteinizing hormone and also balances the ratio of follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone. It increases insulin sensitivity, estrogen hormone level and reduces oxidative stress within the ovarian follicles. It helps in follicular development, improves egg quality, and restores ovulation in women to enhance the chances of pregnancy.

D-chiro-inositol is a naturally occurring inositol isomer extracted by a patented process from Carob (Ceratonia siliqua) pod native to Southern Europe. Mechanism of action
D-chiro-inositol + Myo-inositol corrects hormonal imbalance by decreasing prolactin, testosterone and LH levels, increases insulin sensitivity, reduces oxidative stress, and restores ovulation and follicular development.
Dosage
Adult: 2 tablets orally daily or as advised by the physician. Duration of treatment should be at least 3 months or as advised by the physician.
Administration
Can be taken with or without food. Take in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor.
Missed dose
If you miss a dose of D-chiro-inositol + Myo-inositol, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double the dose.

Contraindications

Drug interactions
Digoxin: Concurrent use may result in increased digoxin toxicity.
Antidiabetic drugs: Concomitant use of D-chiro-inositol and Myo-inositol may potentiate the effect of antidiabetic drugs.
Food interactions

Use in pregnancy
Several human studies have been conducted in pregnant women with D-chiro-inositol and Myo-inositol combination that show no clinically relevant adverse effects. Considered safe during pregnancy.
