Emblica officinalis (Amla) + Piper longum is a herbal supplement rich in vitamin C, minerals and amino acids. Emblica officinalis contains emblicanins, puniglucanin, pedunculagin, ellagic acid, gallic acid, quercetin and flavonoids with antioxidant and detoxifying properties. Piper longum enhances digestion, assimilation and metabolism, and improves herb absorption and potency. Used for vitamin C deficiency, scurvy, gastritis, anemia, infections, ulcers, burns, trauma, fractures, tuberculosis, asthma and bronchitis. Also lowers serum uric acid levels. Adult dose: 1-2 teaspoonfuls 2-3 times daily. Children under 12: 1 teaspoonful twice daily.

Dosage

Administration
Oral syrup. May be taken with or without food.
Missed dose
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule.

- Hypersensitivity to any ingredient may occur.
- Large doses of vitamin C may interfere with vitamin B12 absorption and metabolism.
- Caution advised when taking vitamin C and agents that may damage kidneys.
