How it works: Ginkgo improves blood flow to the brain, protects brain nerve cells against damage caused by free radicals and inhibits platelet aggregation. Ginseng improves oxygen and glucose utilization by the tissues, helps to modulate neurotransmission, helps in energy metabolism and stimulates brain function.

Important Information: Adults: 2 capsules daily (1 after breakfast and 1 after lunch). 12-18 years: 1 capsule daily. Recommended for a minimum of 4 weeks.

Ginkgo biloba improves blood flow to the brain, protects the brain nerve cells against damage caused by free radicals and inhibits platelet aggregation, which makes blood less sticky. Panax ginseng improves oxygen and glucose utilization by the tissues, helps to modulate neurotransmission, helps in energy metabolism and stimulates brain function. This combination is more effective than Ginkgo Biloba alone.

Dosage

Adults:

  • 2 capsules daily (1 after breakfast and 1 after lunch)

12-18 years:

  • 1 capsule daily or as directed by the physician

Minimum duration: 4 weeks

Administration

Oral capsule. Take with food (with breakfast and lunch). Take in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor.

Missed dose

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular schedule.
