যোনি মাইকোসেস, ত্বকের ছত্রাক সংক্রমণ ভ্যাজাইনাল ভ্যাজাইনাল মাইকোস প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: পেসারি হিসাবে: 600mg একক ডোজ হিসাবে বা 300mg 3 দিনের জন্য প্রতিদিন একবার। 1% যোনি ক্রিম হিসাবে: 7 দিনের জন্য প্রতিদিন একবার প্রয়োগ করুন। টপিকাল/কিউটেনিয়াস ত্বকের ছত্রাক সংক্রমণ প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: প্রভাবিত এলাকায় 1% বা 2% ক্রিম হিসাবে প্রয়োগ করা। অতি সংবেদনশীলতা আইসোকোনাজল হল একটি ইমিডাজল অ্যান্টিফাঙ্গাল যার একটি বিস্তৃত ক্রিয়াকলাপ রয়েছে। এটি কিছু গ্রাম পজিটিভ ব্যাকটেরিয়ার বিরুদ্ধেও সক্রিয়। গর্ভাবস্থা, স্তন্যদান। রাবার বা ল্যাটেক্স গর্ভনিরোধক ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হতে পারে এবং স্থানীয় প্রশাসনের সময় অতিরিক্ত গর্ভনিরোধক ব্যবস্থা প্রয়োজন। জ্বলন্ত এবং চুলকানি সহ স্থানীয় প্রতিক্রিয়া। অ-সংবেদনশীল জীবের অত্যধিক বৃদ্ধি।

Mechanism of action
Isoconazole is an imidazole antifungal with a broad spectrum of activity. It is also active against some gram positive bacteria.
Dosage
Adult Dose: Vaginal Vaginal mycoses Adult: As a pessary: 600mg as a single dose or 300mg once daily for 3 days. As a 1% vaginal cream: apply once daily for 7 days. Topical/Cutaneous Skin fungal infections Adult: To be applied as a 1% or 2% cream on affected areas.
Side effects
Local reactions including burning and itching. Overgrowth of non-susceptible organisms.
Precautions & warnings
Pregnancy, lactation. May damage rubber or latex contraceptives and additional contraceptive measures are necessary during local administration.
