Dosage

Missed dose

Side effects

- Constipation, diarrhea or upset stomach (usually temporary)
- Iron may cause stools to turn black (not harmful)
- Allergic sensitization with Folic Acid
Precautions & warnings
- Folic Acid alone is improper therapy in pernicious anaemia and other megaloblastic anaemia where Vitamin B12 is deficient
