Description

Natural Vitamin E is an antioxidant that protects polyunsaturated fatty acids and other oxygen-sensitive substances like vitamin A & C from oxidation. It reacts with free radicals to prevent oxidative damage to cell membranes. Vitamin E deficiency may cause irritability, edema, thrombosis and hemolytic anemia in premature neonates.

Dosage

Adult Dose:

  • Cardiovascular health: 400-800 IU/day
  • Deficiency syndrome: 200-400 IU/day
  • Thalassemia: 800 IU/day
  • Sickle cell anemia: 400 IU/day
  • Skin & hair improvement: 200-400 IU/day
  • Chronic cold: 200 IU/day

Pediatric Dose: Deficiency syndrome: 200 IU/day

Administration
  • Swallow capsule whole
  • Take at the same time each day
  • Best taken with food
Missed dose

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember; skip if it's almost time for next dose; do not double the dose.
