উপরিভাগের ত্বকের সংক্রমণ প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: প্রতিদিন 2 বা 3 বার জীবাণুমুক্ত গজের উপর আক্রান্ত স্থানে প্রয়োগ করুন। শিশু: প্রতিদিন 2 বা 3 বার জীবাণুমুক্ত গজের উপর আক্রান্ত স্থানে লাগান। অতি সংবেদনশীলতা। অক্সিটেট্রাসাইক্লিন বিপরীতভাবে 30S এবং সম্ভবত 50S রাইবোসোমাল সাবুনিটের সাথে আবদ্ধ হয়, এইভাবে ব্যাকটেরিয়া প্রোটিন সংশ্লেষণকে বাধা দেয় এবং কোষের বৃদ্ধিকে আটকায়। এটি গ্রাম-পজিটিভ এবং গ্রাম-নেতিবাচক জীবের বিস্তৃত পরিসরের বিরুদ্ধে সক্রিয়। পলিমিক্সিন বি: ব্যাকটেরিয়াঘটিত; ব্যাকটেরিয়া ঝিল্লি ফুটো ঘটায়। দীর্ঘায়িত ব্যবহার এড়িয়ে চলুন। স্থানীয় ত্বকের জ্বালা।

Mechanism of action
Oxytetracycline binds reversibly to the 30S and possibly 50S ribosomal subunits, thus inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis and arresting cell growth. It is active against a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative organisms. Polymyxin B: Bactericidal; causes leakage of bacterial membrane.
Dosage
Adult Dose: Adult: Apply to the affected area on sterile gauze 2 or 3 times daily. Child Dose: Child: Apply to the affected area on sterile gauze 2 or 3 times daily.
Side effects
Local skin irritation.
Precautions & warnings
Avoid prolonged use.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity.
