Pharmacology
Qurs Shafi is a combination of Sarpagandha and Gul marich. Sarpagandha contains reserpine which lowers blood pressure and calms the nervous system. Gul marich improves nervous system function and helps reduce anxiety and insomnia.

Dosage
Adult Dose (Oral):
- Hypertension: 1 tablet daily
- Other conditions: 1-2 tablets 2-3 times daily
- As directed by physician
Administration

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember; skip if it's almost time for next dose; do not double the dose.
