Chattogram Maa-O-Shishu Hospital is a non-profit, charitable healthcare institution located in Agrabad, Chattogram, Bangladesh. Established on 31 December 1979, during the International Year of Children, the hospital was founded by a group of dedicated social workers led by Late Dr. A.F.M. Yusuf. It is associated with Chattogram Maa-O-Shishu Hospital Medical College (CMOSHMC), a private medical school established in 2005 and affiliated with Chittagong Medical University. The hospital has grown into a comprehensive tertiary care facility with 650-899 beds, over 300 doctors, and 2,500 employees.
